- 蒜茸豆豉醬 3 湯匙
- 糖 2 湯匙
- 豉油 1 茶匙
- 生粉 1 湯匙
- 水 1 湯匙

- 1/2 lb Pork Loin
- 1 lb Broccoli
- 1 tcp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2Tsp Oil
Seasoning
- 3 Tsp garlic and soy bean paste
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 tcp Soy sauce
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch
- 1Tsp Water

Method |
- 用小碗將調味料混合備用
- 猪肉切薄片或 1 ½ 吋長條形 , 加入 ½ 份量調味料拌勻
- 西籣花切成 1 ½ 吋長塊狀
- 煲滾水約 2-3 碗 , 放入西籣花滾 1 分鐘 , 再浸入凍水中待冷 , 隔水備用
- 燒熱油, 加入羗茸蒜茸 , 煮約 30 秒 ,加入猪肉 , 煮至熟 ,加入西籣花炒勻 , 再加入剩餘 ½ 份量調味料煮滾 , 可上碟享用

- Mix well all items for seasoning with bowl
- Cut pork into slices or 1 1/2" threads; Add 1/2 part of seasoning and mix well
- Cut broccoli into 1 1/2" slices, length-wise.
- Boil 2-3 bowls of water; add broccoli and boil 1 min; then bathe broccoli in cold water to stop cooking; drain/set aside
- Heat oil in pan; add ginger and garlic mix; cook for 30 sec.; add pork and cook til hot; add broccoli; add remaining 1/2 seasoning mix; stir and mix hot; Plate, garnish and ENJOY
